Terms and conditions
1. General
The deal does only take place under the following conditions.
Changes can only be made in writing; verbal agreements are not valid.
2. Orders
Orders are binding.
3. Delivery
Products are despatched by recorded delivery. Orders are usually
delivered within seven working days except, for special orders,
a written agreement states otherwise. In case of an act of god or
problems of delivery not caused by Mitgift, the cause will be verified.

Should delivery take longer than one month, the customer may cancel
the order. Mitgift will inform the customer immediately of any possible
delays and in case of anulled orders return any payments already made.
4. Returns
The customer may return the product within 14 days. In that case, the
customer is responsible for the safety of the product and cost of delivery.
Payments can only be returned if the product is delivered undamaged and
still in condition to be sold again.
